Contracted hours:
  • 36 hours per week in Central London
  • 37 hours per week in all other offices
Annual leave:
  • 27 days per year + Bank Holidays
  • Entitlement increases to 32 days after 5 years' service
Pension:

IAS provides a flexible contributory pension scheme for permanent employees, into which contributions are made by both employee and employer.

Employees who participate in the pension scheme contribute 3% of their salaries, whilst IAS’s contributions are based on the age of the employee, and are 7% for individuals under 30, 9% between the ages of 30 – 45, and 11% for employees over 45.
