You will provide written and verbal representation - including advocacy in court - to refugees and asylum seekers. It is a varied role which will involve lodging immigration applications, taking instructions from clients, preparing cases and ensuring you keep abreast of all relevant changes in immigration/asylum law.
If you are accredited at LSC Level 2, with recent experience of immigration/asylum advice and representation, IAS can provide an environment where you can learn all aspects of immigration law and be part of a team committed to protecting refugees' rights.
